General warranty

All Beach Reclamation Limited restoration projects come with a one year, limited warranty. If another storm or other natural event occurs causing damage to the beach that we have restored within the warranty period, we will come back to repair your beach at half price. BRL is not responsible for any buildings, landscaping, or any other elements on the property. This warranty applies exclusively to the beach itself. Warranties can be purchased separately.

Extended Service Contracts

Perpetual Maintenance Program - Keep your beach restored continuously during the duration of this agreement. Many communities are going to this concept because nature continues to work on that beach to erode it. BRL will do any necessary repair work to your beach at a discounted price. Save money on future repairs.

Just contact us to let us know when the beach needs repair. As long as your Perpetual Maintenance Program is current, we will continue to come back to your beach to keep it beautifully wide. You may purchased this program with your beach restoration or separately.

Initially, we take pictures and measurements to assure that each time restoration is renewed; it is restored back to the original fullness. Never have to close the beach to visitors and tourists even as we work. First, a site survey is required when you purchase this program separately. With Perpetual Maintenance.

Beach Reclamation and intellectual rights with training - Get your beach restored and then "do it yourself maintenance". Beach Reclamation Limited will contract to perform the beach reclamation process described on this website and then train your people how to use the method themselves safely and effectively. You will be granted "the right to use perpetually" the method in your specified area. There will be significant savings on labor, shipping, housing, meals, and more with this package. The owners of "the right to use perpetually" can decide exactly when it will be used. Since the system works best in high wind storms, this would also provide significant protection against storms. It could be set up prior to storms saving millions of dollars in after storm repairs.

The process of restoration requires an initial site survey, followed by the contract pricing for your job. Once the contractual offer is signed, we schedule the work to begin. Training can begin during the work. Once work and training are complete, "the right to use perpetually" will go into effect and you will be provided with equipment to perform the future repairs. Maintenance of equipment and materials will be the responsibility of the owner of "the right to use perpetually".

As owner of "the right to use perpetually" for your specific area, you control who can use the intellectual rights in that area. Within the area owned, you are free to sell rights to others for specific jobs or the entire area. Pricing will be set at the discretion of the owner.
